We drove through a neighborhood in west Edmonton today and discovered over a dozen different churches in about three square blocks. It was a gorgeous day, and a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Notice "Church Street" at the top of each sign.
Avenues run east and west; streets run north and south.

A Ukrainian Catholic Church

Here is a list of other churches we saw: Methodist, Wesleyan, Church of the First People, Holy Trinity Canadian Orthodox, Ansgar Lutheran, St. John Evangelical Lutheran, Chinese Lutheran, Mui Kwok Buddist Temple, Oddfellows Temple (not sure this is actually a church), Rhema African, Christian Life Community, One Accord Bible Fellowship Baptist, First Christian, and St. Peter Lutheran.

Dandelions are everywhere!
